Black Lab Baker & Boutique was born from love and a very lucky black lab named William. Founded by Carolyn P. Fielding, a devoted single mom, the bakery started as a promise: to give dogs the wholesome, tasty treats they deserve, made from ingredients sourced right here in the Hudson Valley.

Every batch is handcrafted with organic, gluten‑free flour blends, nourishing coconut oil, dog‑friendly carob chips, fragrant Ceylon cinnamon, and real grass‑fed beef — plus everyone’s favorite Christopher’s Organic biscuits. Carolyn has proudly sold her treats at farmers’ markets and farms across the Hudson Valley, and she’s thrilled to partner with Charlie’s Learning to bring even more wholesome goodness to local pups.
